Welcome base for a 3-night stay. Fabulous, luxurious rooms with a balcony. Bonus point for a living area, a couch, and a couch bed. Fantastic beautiful location, near everything. Also, easy to get to an art museum. What a fabulous stay, no complaints.

We were there for 3 nights and felt would love to come back here some time. Thoroughly enjoyed Florence, the hotel was charming in the center. Also, location was beautiful, just 5 minutes walk from a l-shaped square. The staff was helpful and excellent in any situation😀🙂

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Booked a room with a balcony. There were a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge. Booked the hotel for its perfect location really close to all the attractions and sightseeing and all the sights, shopping, restaurants.

Everyone was super-friendly and exceptional. Our room was absolutely gorgeous and clean with a living area, a couch, and a couch bed.

Everything was perfect, quiet ambience. The room was large and luxurious with a balcony, I felt comfortable there. The room had a refrigerator, coffee and tea making equipment, and a dining area plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Everyone was really helpful as well as host. This was an absolutely perfect location short walk to Florence and Firenze and all the sights, shopping, restaurants. I loved Panini Toscani nearby. The stay was absolutely very special.

Rooms with a balcony had a quiet atmosphere. There where satellite television, climate control and a personal safe. The location was great for walking around a l-shaped square.

Had a fantastic New Year experience at a historic place! The rooms were spacious and well equipped with modern amenities. Two complementary facts offered were a memorable addition. The key location provided easy access to all major attractions, allowing us to explore the city hassle-free. Best of all, we loved the welcoming and friendly staff that made our stay very comfortable.

Plus, the windows could not be opened, which limited the views and air refreshment. Lastly, the price/quality ratio could have been better.

The location is beautiful and exceptional, in the center. If in Florence again can't wait to come back.

The location was unbeatable, near everything and overlooking street. And it was also adjacent to all the main tourist attractions. I had beautiful and huge room with feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows.

Had a fantastic Christmas stay in the heart of an Italian city. Great complementary gifts and amenities for the festive season, including little Santa Claus chocolates and hot chocolate. Perfect location for exploring and discovering the hidden gems of the town with everything in walking distance. The jacuzzi and sauna was the cherry on top of the stay, a perfect way to relax after a long day walking around.

The room was a bit small with no view of the city. The front entrance wasn't very grand or clear and needs some improvement in appearance.

I had a truly delightful stay in this hotel. the value for money was excellent - I felt like I got more than what I paid for. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, from the well-equipped rooms to the preserved structure of the building. Lastly, the location in the center was perfect, allowing me to easily explore all the attractions nearby.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.
